Project Coordinator
to join our Boston team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of various internal and client-facing projects. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with strong communication skills and a passion for coordination and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and tracking of project plans, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate project activities and ensure all stakeholders are aligned Prepare status reports and maintain accurate documentation Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed Support budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Conduct post-project evaluations and report outcomes

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project support roles Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
