Tax Principal
to join their leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that offers real influence, clear advancement potential, and the ability to shape both team and client success. As a
Principal (Shareholder)
you will take the lead on client tax engagements, drive growth strategies, and contribute meaningfully to a firm that values entrepreneurship, collaboration, and long-term relationships. Key Qualifications: CPA or law degree (required) Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills Working knowledge of various accounting software platforms Excellent time management abilities, with the capability to work effectively across internal teams and with diverse client bases Demonstrated success in practice development and expanding service offerings The Role Involves: Full responsibility for engagement management, staff oversight, and workflow optimization Reviewing and signing off on deliverables before submission to clients Strengthening existing client relationships while developing new ones and expanding referral networks Supporting team growth through mentorship and leadership in performance reviews Actively participating in marketing, networking, and community engagement activities Playing a visible role in business development, including prospect meetings, events, and external committee participation This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a people-first, results-oriented environment.
