Job Summary Functional Analyst Lv2
Provide daily functional and production support for Treasury Cashflow, Investments, and PeopleSoft systems (primarily v9.1). Serve as the main point of contact for end-user issues, system configuration, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements within PeopleSoft Treasury and Deal Management modules. Support preprocessing of data and preparation for input into PeopleSoft modules using advanced Excel skills. Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end investment performance reporting, closing activities, and financial audits. Lead and support configuration, testing, and implementation of changes in PeopleSoft Treasury and Deal modules, ensuring proper accounting rules application and reconciliation. Resolve trade data entry errors and analyze interface issues between Excel and CI (Component Interface). Participate in Oracle Cloud implementation projects and collaborate with technical teams on system/integration issues. Develop and execute complex ad-hoc queries/reports for transactional and treasury data analysis. Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Document business processes, configurations, and system modifications. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver end-user training sessions. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Minimum of 7 years experience in Treasury support and PeopleSoft/ERP modules required; experience with financial data reconciliation and complex report management essential. Preferred: CFA or finance certifications, PeopleSoft 9.1 and Oracle Cloud experience, familiarity with integration and reporting tools, and PeopleSoft Project Costing module.
