Program Overview About The Role Peraton is seeking a Senior Computer Systems Engineer/Architect to provide Identity Management design, implementation, and support in an enterprise-level environment, supporting the Information Technology Service Desk and Engineering Support program for a Contract at U. S. Department of Health and Human Services.

This engineer/architect will design, develop, and lead the implementation of the HHS OIG Identity Access Management (IAM) enterprise solution informing OIG's North Star Cloud Architecture. The position requires thought leadership, hands-on support, and direction of other Engineering staff in application onboarding, integration, Identity Governance policies, user provisioning, MFA integration, incident response, and resolution.

Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems and systems administration issues.

Perform system management and integration functions.

Provide technical leadership supporting project goals, plans, and schedules.

Interact with clients, negotiate technical plans, communicate approaches to leadership, and collaborate with project managers.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

14+ years of experience with an Associate's degree, 12+ with a Bachelor's, 10+ with a Master's, or 7+ with a PhD.

Expertise in IAM and IGA solutions development and maintenance.

Experience with identity management configuration, security documentation, risk management, attribute source integration, lifecycle management, and automation.

Knowledge of EntraID (Azure AD) integration with IAM/IGA solutions.

Experience with Privileged Access Management, especially CyberArk.

Strong documentation and SOP development skills.

Background in operating effectively in complex environments.

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Reside near Washington, DC for in-office days.

US citizenship required.

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree in IT or related field.

Understanding of cloud and infrastructure components, certifications, and additional cloud technologies such as GCP, VMware, API Management.

Experience as an IT Infrastructure Architect focusing on Cloud.

Additional Details Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. Equal Opportunity Employer.
