Job Highlights: Nearest MRT: Dover MRT Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm Contract duration: 9 + 2 months Salary: Up to $3,200/month Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team player to join us in supporting communications, web content management, and digital design. 1. Web Content Management Maintain and update Microsoft SharePoint 365 intranet and microsite to ensure content. Plan, develop, and publish internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged. Collaborate with stakeholders to shape messaging and distribute content across internal channels. Monitor and assess communications effectiveness, proposing improvements where needed. 2. Digital Design & Content Creation Design and lay out digital assets (e.g. web banners, posters, eDMs) using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. Write, edit, and publish content for the microsite and other internal platforms. Provide basic photography and photo editing support for internal events. 3. Campaign & Project Support Assist with CTRL+SHIFT campaign execution, including logistics and event support. Maintain campaign databases and create reports to track performance and trends.
