Director of Finance

Our client is seeking a results-driven Director of Finance to lead their financial strategy and operations. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with strong experience in budgeting, compliance, risk management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial policies and reporting standards (IAS preferred). Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IAS) and regulatory requirements Lead risk management efforts and implement strategies to minimize financial exposure Drive cost accounting practices for expense tracking and profitability analysis Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business goals Supervise and mentor finance team members Present clear and actionable financial reports to leadership and stakeholders Qualifications: Proven experience as a senior finance leader, preferably in a Director-level role Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and financial reporting standards Experience with IAS and cost accounting processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Seniority level
