AUDITION DATES: July 26-27, August 2-3, and August 9-10 at Six Flags St. Louis Join our exciting Boo Fest team as a performer and bring joy to families with your whimsical character! No experience is necessary, just a passion for fun and creativity. Participate in our daytime happy haunts and engage guests in our enchanting hay mazes, candy trails, and themed zones. As a member of the Six Flags Entertainment and Events team, you will enjoy: FREE park entry for you to all Six Flags Parks Exclusive employee ride nights Fun team member events You must be at least 15 years old to apply and available for daytime shifts. We will work around your schedule! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Engage with children and families in our family-friendly attractions Become a friendly creature with unique makeup and costumes Welcome and interact with guests during special park events Embody a character role during Boo Fest, such as a fairy, sprite, scarecrow, or witch Maintain a cheerful character persona and ensure safety at all times Foster a playful and friendly atmosphere with an outgoing personality Thrive in a fast-paced environment Stay in character throughout your shifts Create a positive experience for guests of all ages Wear assigned costumes, makeup, and other costuming materials Manage small props as required Follow directions from attractions leadership Keep work areas clean and maintain clear escape routes Skills and Qualifications: Must be at least 15 years of age by 8/15/2025 Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods Willingness to perform in costumes with limited visibility Specific height and weight may be necessary for costume fitting Positive attitude and professional appearance Team player with excellent cooperation skills Ability to adhere to Six Flags policies and standards Flexible schedule for daytime hours, weekends, and holidays Availability for rehearsals/training beginning in early September Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities Excellent teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit Other Functions: All additional duties as necessary to support the park as a whole.
