Office Manager

to handle day-to-day administrative operations. This is an essential role in a tight-knit team environment, ideal for someone who thrives in a

position and enjoys working in a small business setting where every task matters. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the office email inbox; respond to customer inquiries Process customer orders using Mietrak (MRE system) Generate and send invoices based on packing slips Reconcile incoming payments in QuickBooks Support basic HR functions: onboarding, background checks, drug testing, file setup Coordinate insurance renewals with brokers for medical and dental plans Maintain employee records and handle documentation updates Order office supplies and provide general administrative support Assist with month-end reconciliation and coordinate payments with external bookkeeper Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a small business office environment is required Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Comfortable wearing many hats and taking initiative Experience with QuickBooks (required); Mietrak or other ERP systems a plus Basic HR experience, including onboarding and benefits coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Spanish-speaking is a plus Down-to-earth, collaborative, and dependable personality If you're looking for a stable opportunity in a well-established company where your contributions are valued daily, we'd love to hear from you.
