Slate is seeking a
Mobile Software Development Engineer I
to contribute to our software development efforts in the electric vehicle space. You will focus on designing and building our digital customer experience. The role requires thriving in a fast-paced startup environment where your contributions impact the company's direction and success, and where ambiguity and competing priorities are common. What you get to do: Contribute to the implementation and delivery of Slate software. Code and test system components. Participate in system tests, functional tests, and integration testing. Collaborate with UX and product teams to develop innovative solutions and applications that prioritize customer experience. What you bring to the team: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. 1 to 3 years of professional experience in full-stack mobile software development, including Android/iOS or modern web browsers and services, mainly in TypeScript or Java environments. 1 to 3 years of programming experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, Java, or C++.
