The McDonald’s Global Experience Design team, part of the Global Technology Team, leads transformative technological innovations to enhance customer experience. We are seeking a seasoned design leader for our Experience Design team, focusing on Enterprise Marketer Tooling. This role requires expertise in enterprise application design, with responsibilities spanning product discovery, user research, journey mapping, wireframing, validation, and maintaining our design system. The ideal candidate is proactive, passionate about design, and comfortable working with ambiguity. Responsibilities
Ensure customer focus throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch. Create user-centric designs aligned with business goals. Drive improvements based on market analysis, feedback, and usability data. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to foster innovation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Lead design reviews and ensure implementation fidelity. Facilitate cross-team collaboration. Apply accessibility standards (WCAG). Qualifications
8+ years in user-centered experience design, especially for complex enterprise interfaces. Experience in user research, data analysis, and presenting insights. Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field. Preferred Qualifications
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and human-centered design. Experience with design thinking and technical considerations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience designing at a global scale and staying current with design trends. Compensation & Benefits
