Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Huxley Systems Engineer (AI) | Professional Services | Boston, MA (Hybrid) | $150,000 (flex) Salary : $130,000 – $150,000 (flex) + Benefits Location : Boston, MA | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote) This isn’t just a buzzword title. They are looking to bring on someone who has experience implementing AI tools such as co-pilot and has a proven track record of getting results. In this role you will fit into an established and experienced IT team but will lead from the front on AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities Implement and support AI applications for business workflows – such as Co-Pilot Have a strong background in IT Infrastructure Maintain IT systems across cloud and on-prem environments Collaborate with leadership on infrastructure strategy and service improvement Develop operational policies and business continuity plans Analyze system metrics to drive performance improvements Enhance IT processes, security, and system reliability Research and recommend emerging technologies Qualifications AI & LLMs:
Experience or strong interest in AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Perplexity) and large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), with the ability to craft effective prompts. Programming & APIs:
Proficient in Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, SDKs, and SQL. Infrastructure & Systems:
Hands-on experience with: Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP) Microsoft SQL and automation tools Cloud & Networking:
Strong understanding of cloud services, virtualization, hyper-converged technologies, and networking. System Management:
Proven ability to manage and support on-premises systems. Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and self-management; able to work independently and collaboratively.
