The position is based in Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH, reporting to the Global Engineering Manager, Contracts Capabilities. Responsibilities include:
Leading security program rollout, training, and compliance efforts. Conducting vulnerability assessments and managing risk mitigation. Responding to security incidents and mitigating risks. Developing security standards, training, and supporting security in new offerings. Engaging with customers and auditors on security matters. Supporting security audits and compliance metrics. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Ability to travel up to 15%. Legal authorization to work in the US. Preferred Skills:
5+ years of experience with security standards like IEC 62443, ISO 27000, NIS2. Experience with Rockwell Automation systems and processes. Knowledge of industrial control systems and protocols. Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration skills. Benefits:
