Withdrawal Management in our Buckley Detox program. This position is a part of the expansion of our current services.
The Buckley Detox Program has a new building underway! With the construction of our NEW Buckley location that will allow for an expansion of crucial substance use treatment services for our community.

Position Overview: Willamette Family is seeking Support Staff Specialist to join our care team within the withdrawal management and medical residential program at our new Buckley location. Support Staff play a crucial role in the services WF provides.

Starts at $17.85/ hr.

Job Duties: As
Support Staff
in the
Withdrawal Management Program , you will play a vital role in providing administrative, logistical, and direct client support to ensure a safe and structured environment for residents. Manage Telephone Reception:
Answer incoming calls, direct calls appropriately, take messages, and provide general program information. Perform General Office Tasks:
Assist with copying, faxing, and helping individuals complete necessary forms. Provide Administrative Support:
Assist counselors with various office duties to maintain efficient operations. Ensure Confidentiality & Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy. Transport Residents:
Drive residents to scheduled appointments as needed. Support Resident Well-Being:
Provide direct support to residents, including crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary. Conduct Drug Screening:
Collect urine analysis (U.A.) samples from residents following program protocols. Communicate Resident Updates:
Notify supervisors, counselors, and management of any critical information regarding residents. Monitor Facility Rules:
Enforce curfews, oversee bedtimes, complete bed checks, and supervise visits. Maintain Documentation:
Keep accurate and up-to-date daily logs and records. Assist with Additional Duties:
