Assist with daily store operations. Provide a fun, professional store experience to customers. Motivate staff to drive sales and meet goals. Maintain store appearance according to visual standards. Prioritize, multi-task, and problem-solve effectively. Deliver excellent customer service. Lift furniture weighing 50+ lbs regularly. Help rearrange furniture around the store. Qualifications:
1-2 years of retail sales experience; basic math skills required. Retail management experience preferred. Interior design/decorating knowledge a plus. Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel). Visual Merchandising experience required. Passion for furniture and home dcor sales. Ability to use social media platforms. Professional presentation and reliable transportation. Weekend availability and flexible schedule. Ability to lift furniture weighing 50-75+ lbs daily. Additional Details:
