Hybrid
12 Months, with a possible extension
Pays: $60/hr - $65/hr W2 (Depends upon experience)
Location: Culver City, CA 90232
This role requires a mix of organizational, operational and analytical skills as well as flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing products (preferably internal tools or enterprise software solutions), overseeing their lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. Expertise in human interface design. Strong strategy skills to analyze and prioritize multiple requests according to leadership's goals, as well as manage multiple cross-functional projects with tight deadlines. Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts related to product management, such as software development, database management, and system integration. Analytical thinking to understand the users' problem and design a holistic solution that aligns with the organization's global vision, strategy and goals. Exceptional integrity, applying high standards to all endeavors, big and small. Extraordinary communication and collaboration skills. Ability to think critically and plan ahead, anticipating problems, opportunities and needs that might arise in the future. Expertise in change management and adoption, collaborating with the Support and Business teams to ensure a smooth rollout of new products and features.
