Achieve sales and profit goals through team management and customer service excellence Develop team skills via training and evaluation Recruit and select new team members Manage P&L to meet profit margin targets Enforce company policies and operational procedures Qualifications
Minimum one year of retail management experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail Knowledge of POS systems, basic computer skills Ability to interpret various instructions and schedules Availability to work days, nights, and weekends Benefits
