Responsibilities:

Define and maintain product roadmap and development priorities in collaboration with leadership and engineering

Write clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and technical tickets in Jira

Maintain product documentation and internal knowledge in Confluence

Help manage sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery timelines

Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to scope and deliver product features

Coordinate feedback loops between users, engineers, and business stakeholders

Track product KPIs and iterate based on usage data and customer feedback

Ensure that product decisions align with platform architecture and technical constraints

Support integration efforts with AWS services, Twilio, and other third-party APIs

Position Summary:

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team and help drive the development of a greenfield SaaS platform.

You'll work closely with engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements. You'll play a central role in shaping our roadmap, managing sprints, and ensuring product delivery aligns with strategic goals.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, communicates clearly, and is comfortable with modern cloud-first technologies.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of agile practices, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration

Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, IAM)

Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially translating technical ideas to non-technical audiences

Comfort working in startup environments where ambiguity, iteration, and speed are part of the process

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with cloud-native applications or platforms that use services like AWS Connect, Twilio, or DynamoDB

Background in front-end or back-end software development

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservice architectures, or data visualization platforms

Experience in early-stage product launches and iterative MVP development

Working Conditions:

Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration or customer engagement.

You'll be working in a fast-paced, startup environment with direct impact on product success.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field - or equivalent experience in a technical PM or product ownership role

2+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner working closely with engineering teams

Experience managing software projects in Jira and maintaining product documentation in Confluence
