The role involves designing and building ad delivery systems, developing delivery strategies for ad placements, and collaborating on innovative ad products. Responsibilities: Design and build highly available ad delivery systems that handle high traffic and low latency demands Develop and optimize delivery strategies for various ad placements to improve monetization efficiency Enhance engineering strategies across core components like ad recall, ranking, bidding, and traffic optimization Architect systems to support long-term growth, aligned with product evolution and technical challenges Collaborate cross-functionally to drive complex projects and bring innovative ad products to life Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Go, C/C++, Python, Java. Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way. Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms. Very strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, ownership, empathy, honesty). Preferred: Good understanding in one of the following domains: ad tech, bidding, ranking, recommendation, search, backend, large-scale systems, or data pipeline.
