Respond to and triage escalations from the sales org, offering empathetic and clear communication
Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, and Sales Ops to deliver reporting and insights that inform GTM planning
Contribute to commissions analytics (e.g., attainment curves, plan efficacy), helping the business understand what’s working and what needs to evolve
Support implementation and transition from legacy tooling (e.g., Anaplan) to Spiff, the new incentive compensation platform
Build and maintain process documentation and SOPs for future scalability
Participate in continuous improvement—identify and suggest workflow optimizations, automation opportunities, or UX enhancements
Education & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a compensation operations, rev ops, or GTM analyst role
Familiarity with sales compensation programs, MBO plans, and incentive calculations
Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic modeling, etc.)
Comfortable navigating Salesforce for data extraction and reporting
Experience in enterprise environments with 100+ comped employees preferred
Preferred Experience Exposure to platforms like Spiff, Anaplan, or similar incentive comp tools
Experience supporting large-scale compensation transformations or tool implementations
Comfort owning a commission inbox and being field-facing with sales teams
Prior experience working in fast-paced environments undergoing process change
Why Us 9–12 month contract with potential to convert to full-time
U.S.-based remote flexibility
Opportunity to drive meaningful process improvement during a large-scale transformation
