GeBBS Consulting, a leader in Healthcare Technology solutions, has multiple openings for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to support a major Baltimore-based healthcare partner in a remote capacity. This is a direct-hire opportunity. Position Description: The Full-Stack Software Engineer will work hand-in-hand with our partner’s leadership on creating new and innovative ways to leverage healthcare data to improve efficiency and cost-savings within healthcare organizations. These solutions will come in the form of new software and applications which will be utilized internally and licensed to health systems as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. What You’ll Get to Do: Engage with internal stakeholders and client partners to clearly elicit and identify software development requirements. Create an intuitive, easy-to-use, and aesthetically pleasing front-end/user interface for each application. Develop back-end software to pull data from databases/data warehouses to populate information as needed. Design and implement connections to healthcare applications such as the Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform. Leverage expertise in Python, ReactJS, and SQL as needed to deliver effective solutions. Work within a cloud environment, specifically Microsoft Azure for deployment purposes. Partner with multiple team members in a collaborative fashion. Properly represent the health system to its partners/project sponsors through professional and courteous communication. You’ll Bring these Qualifications: 7 years of overall Information Technology experience with an equal emphasis on front-end and back-end software engineering. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Python, React, and SQL. Minimum of 6 months experience working with NoSQL databases. Minimum of 6 months of experience working with Azure.
