The United States Border Patrol (USBP) is the mobile, uniformed law enforcement component of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), responsible for securing U.S. borders between ports of entry. The USBP Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD) supports the overall mission of CBP by planning, managing, and supporting the acquisition and operation of capabilities, technologies, and services to meet CBP requirements. PMOD oversees the acquisition, deployment, and sustainment of border security capabilities, technologies, and systems. PMOD is seeking a wide range of professional acquisition and contract support to assist in planning and executing program office’s acquisition requirements efficiently. This includes responsibilities in pre-award acquisition planning, source selection, and contract administration and management, such as preparing statements of work, acquisition documentation, source selection support, and managing multiple acquisition instruments of varying complexity. Responsibilities

Acquisition Strategy, Contract Administration Support:

Provide professional acquisition and contract support in pre-award planning, source selection, and contract management, including statements of work, documentation, and modifications. Requirements Documentation Support:

Advise and assist in developing and reviewing contract requirements documentation, including SOW, SOO, and PWS, and ensure compliance with CBP policies. Acquisition Strategy Support:

Support acquisition planning, develop acquisition plans, analyze risks, evaluate options, and research available contracts and suppliers. Pre-Award Acquisition Support:

Conduct market research, prepare market surveys, develop pre-award documentation, and support source selection activities. Post-Award Acquisition Support:

Assist in monitoring contract performance, preparing documentation for modifications, and resolving performance issues. Acquisition Related Projects:

Support various projects through research, analysis, and development of relevant documentation and briefings. Qualifications
