Junior Data Analyst

In this role, you will support the setup, collection, harmonization, visualization, and analysis of data for various political campaigns and organizations, enhancing understanding of client data and campaign trends. Responsibilities: • Handle pulling, cleaning, and organizing data from ad platforms like Meta, Google, X and more, along with Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, and Google Big Query • Maintain business intelligence infrastructure across tools like Datorama, Claude, Looker Studio and Google Sheets • Complete data audits and analysis to ensure product quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise • Assist with data measurement setup like Google Tag Manager, site tracking, client onboarding, and overall performance reviews Qualifications: Required: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets • Proficient knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 • Ability to manage multiple task deadlines • Organized, flexible, and able to work both independently and with the team Preferred: • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required • Passion for Republican politics • Background in data preferred, but not required • Background in BI tools like Datorama, Looker Studio • Background in basic SQL or strong willingness to learn • BONUS: Proficient knowledge of APIs, ETL tools, AI analytics tools Company: Direct Persuasion is a digital agency that offers data analysis and media planning.
