Solar Solution Solar Solution is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Solar Project Coordinator to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in streamlining the project management for residential solar projects sold by our Sales Representatives, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

About the Role :

This position reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for coordinating and expediting the project management of sold residential solar projects by assigned Sales Representatives. Additionally, the position is responsible for communication with customers regarding any procedural anomalies during project permitting and installation.

Project Ownership: Primarily responsible for the efficient progression of assigned projects from signing to authorization to operate. Be Part of a Powerhouse Sales Team: Assist Sales Representatives by creating preliminary solar proposals using our CRM. Ensure Seamless Project Flow: Coordinate with Sales Representatives to receive, verify, and upload contract documentation. Schedule Site Visits: Manage the scheduling of site visits for accurate project assessments. Roof Condition Analysis: Analyze roof conditions and communicate any additional work needed to customers and Sales Representatives. Contract Management: Facilitate contract processing through our company CRM, ensuring all necessary steps are completed. Onboarding New Customers: Conduct new customer orientation calls, welcoming them to Solar Solution and providing a clear understanding of the project process. Commission Tracking: Oversee designated Sales Representatives' commission calculations (as needed). Customer Communication Champion: Address customer inquiries regarding utility grid upgrades/downgrades and system design changes, working closely with Sales Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We are Looking for:

Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping projects on track. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Excellent technical skills (Monday.com, Open Solar, Solargraf, MS365) and comfortable learning new technologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with the solar industry is a plus.

Compensation:

$65,000 Base.

Benefits:

Competitive base pay with performance bonuses Contract employees will be provided with 40 Vacation hours after 3 months, in addition to a maximum of 5 paid Sick days
