Lead AI research initiatives from conception to implementation. Develop advanced AI systems and tailor solutions for complex research queries. Analyze research data and translate findings into actionable insights. Collaborate across disciplines and share knowledge through scholarly publications and presentations. Stay at the forefront of AI/NLP advancements, integrating new methodologies. Design and validate NLP techniques, contributing innovative solutions to the field. Develop and evaluate human-machine interfaces and systems integration to enhance human performance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering/Science, Engineering, or IT; experience considered. 5+ years in machine learning and data science; advanced degrees preferred. Experience in designing algorithms in AI/NLP or related fields. Willingness to travel and obtain/maintain US Top Secret/SCI security clearance. U.S. citizenship required. Core Competencies
Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C++, C, R) and scripting. Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data formats (JSON, XML). Strong project management and communication skills. Experience with high-performance computing, secure networks, and simulation tools. UI/UX development skills. Additional Information
Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000 Employment Type: Full-time, Mid-Senior level, Higher Education sector.
