Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a Distribution and Franchise Counsel Attorney for this Chambers-ranked practice. Billable Hours:
No set hours Schedule:
100% in-office or hybrid (4 days in-office) Qualifications: 10-15+ years of experience in commercial litigation, regulatory matters, and corporate transactions, preferably in a law firm setting Experience with electric vehicle (EV), automotive, marine, truck, bus, construction and agricultural equipment, emergency response vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, recreational vehicles, and related manufacturing industries Knowledge of state franchise laws, vehicle manufacturing regulations, management agreements, dealer agreements, licensing agreements, and service contracts related to distribution networks Experience managing all litigation aspects, from pleadings to trial and appeal Ability to take and defend depositions, draft motions, and attend hearings and trials Ability to independently handle matters from start to finish, including supervising associates Admission to practice in Texas Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Additional Details:
