Role Overview As a Product Designer for GRC AI Agents, you'll lead the design of intelligent AI agents to replace legacy GRC tools, reimagining compliance in an AI-native world. You will own the vision and collaborate with customers, engineering, and leadership to create intuitive, powerful solutions. This role is based in Palo Alto, CA, with in-person work and relocation support. What You'll Do Design end-to-end user experiences for GRC AI agents, translating complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces. Collaborate with product management and engineering, conduct user research, and advocate for the user throughout the process. Representative Projects Design interfaces for our "SOC 2 Agent," conduct research with CISOs, prototype workflows for risk management, and establish a scalable design system. What You Have 8+ years in product design for complex B2B SaaS applications, interest in security and compliance, passion for AI, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, strategic mindset suited for fast-paced environments.
