Job Description As Manager, you'll support consultants to ensure quality delivery and foster professional growth within the project team. You will provide strategic guidance and expertise to our clients in the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client interaction, and a thorough understanding of market management systems and energy management systems.
Client Engagement:
Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and recommend strategies.
Project Management:
Lead grid operations projects, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Oversee client deliverables for accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize knowledge of MMS, EMS, and OT systems to develop solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in the utilities sector, focusing on grid operations and energy management.
Experience with OT systems (DERMS, ADMS, DER, SCADA).
Experience with MMS & EMS is preferred.
Proven success in utility projects and initiatives.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
Experience in consulting, providing strategic advice to clients.
Proficiency in MS Project and tools like Jira or VSO.
Bachelor’s degree in technology or business.
Additional Information We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000–$175,000 plus bonuses, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional incentives may include performance bonuses and other benefits.
