Senior Associate in Customer & Operations
for our Consulting practice with the following responsibilities: Support multiple engagement teams with in-depth knowledge of Healthcare Provider Supply Chains. Provide technical and functional support during mobilize, design, realize, test, train, hyper care, and supplier enablement phases. Participate in architecture design and advise on leading practices for integration design. Assist in developing functional and technical specification documents. Collaborate with clients and technology providers to support upgrade requests for technology platforms. Lead offshore teams and coordinate with technology providers to execute project tasks. Qualifications include: At least three years of experience addressing supply chain challenges in Healthcare Provider projects. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of Healthcare Provider industry. Experience with Procurement, Materials Management, Payables, and/or Expense Management. Willingness to travel up to 80-100%. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
