Your new role
The Fund's New York and London offices are expected to grow significantly over the next few years. Due to this growth, we are expanding our investment capabilities in New York, focusing on Infrastructure, Property, Private Credit and Private Equity. This Talent Acquisition Partner position will play a key role in implementing the global expansion plans for the Fund; through the recruitment and continued build-out of our New York and London offices.
Our Talent Acquisition team partners with hiring managers to identify, cultivate and recruit the best-in-class talent into the Fund. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tactical and strategic recruitment advice and support to hiring teams, managers, and leadership within the Fund.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be hands-on with delivering end-to-end recruitment processes as well as managing candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process. This includes utilizing various tools and sourcing methodologies for talent identification, attraction, engagement, and selection practices. You will also be building talent networks and relationships in the local market, to ensure that AustralianSuper delivers on its talent strategy, and creates a strong culture and employer brand.
This is a newly created position, that is based on-site at 1251 Avenues of the Americas, with a hybrid work schedule; and will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, who is also based in New York.
Key responsibilities Recruit junior, mid-level and senior-level roles in New York (primarily) and London, using various recruitment methodologies. Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with sourcing, candidate research, talent mapping and pipelining for key senior hires. Use research and sourcing methodologies, as well as candidate pipelining techniques to identify and manage both passive and active talent. Contribute to the Fund's DEI strategy through local expertise with the US market and innovative sourcing strategies. Responsible for new hires, to ensure they meet onboarding, background screening and compliance requirements. Generate and track metrics for the purposes of recruitment reporting, monitoring and data-driven decision making.
What we're looking for 3+ years of recruitment experience; working either in-house, at a financial services agency or Executive Search firm. Experience working in Financial or Professional Services within the US. Demonstrated experience with sourcing, talent research and search methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and candidate management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both within HR as well as other departments. Initiative, flexibility, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Data reporting and analytical skills are highly regarded. Pay transparency notice
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 (this is based on full-time hours, located in New York City). The compensation offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience and refers to the amount AustralianSuper is willing to pay at the time of posting.

Your new role
