Qualified candidates will have deep experience with the full gamut of commercial real estate law including finance, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, construction and development. Client base is comprised of both financial institutions and owners/developers. Compensation is highly competitive with a billable hour expectation around 2000 hours/year. The firm as a whole has a very loyal client base with many relationships lasting decades and a very low employee turnover rate.
