N/A General Role Description Define, develop, and manage the business unit's (BU) uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and medium voltage (MV) drive production operations to ensure achievement of the BU's Mid-Range Plan (MRP) commitments Role Accountabilities - Design and staff an organizational structure that can effectively ensure successful production and warehouse operations - Ensure the effective design, development, implementation, measurement, and management of production to increase capability and performance - Allocate resources within the context of the BU's and the Company's strategic direction and economic health to ensure alignment with business unit and company priorities for production - Diagnose gaps between the BU's current and desired delivery and inventory performance and deploy strategies to resolve - Ensure client issues are resolved, coordinating with appropriate personnel, escalating as appropriate - Monitor and identify internal and external trends and issues, with potential impact on production execution;
