Director - Senior & Executive Technology Specialist, Software, ML, & Product Engineering
Senior Manager, SaaS Pricing & Customer Analytics Location : Denver (Hybrid) or East Coast (Remote) A high-growth, international software company is looking for a data-driven SaaS Pricing Leader to help shape and optimise the monetisation of its products. This is a strategic, high-impact role designed for individuals who thrive at the crossroads of commercial strategy, product analytics, and pricing innovation. The company operates in the cloud data technology space, empowering global organisations to make data business-ready. With significant funding and a reputation for innovation, the company is scaling rapidly and seeks a passionate SaaS Pricing Expert to join its mission. About the Role You will be responsible for designing and executing pricing strategies that align with a transition to usage-based models. Collaborating closely with teams across product, sales, marketing, and finance, your work will directly influence customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: • Strategy Development: Analyse usage patterns and market trends to design innovative, data-backed pricing and packaging strategies. • Commercial Enablement: Work cross-functionally to optimise tiers, pricing structures, and monetisation frameworks. • Customer Insight & Behaviour: Monitor buyer behaviour and usage data to inform upsell and retention strategies. • Market Positioning: Conduct competitive pricing research to ensure alignment with market demands and differentiation. • Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards, models, and reporting tools to support executive decision-making. • Governance: Uphold pricing policies, support discounting frameworks, and ensure internal alignment. What We're Looking For: • Experience: A proven track record in SaaS pricing, packaging, and monetisation in B2B SaaS, cloud, or fast-paced tech environments. Experience in consulting on pricing strategy is also welcome. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or ThoughtSpot. • Knowledge of Pricing Models: Strong experience with SaaS and usage-based pricing approaches. • Commercial Acumen: Strong strategic thinking and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and commercial teams. The salary range for this role is flexible depending on experience and qualifications.
