Company: Full service restaurant concept is a well-known upscale brand with regional roots Excellent work-life balance with 45 hour work weeks Excellent career growth opportunity with this multi-concept restaurant group Medical, Dental and Vision insurance 401k with company match Restaurant discount with free meal every shift Pay to Read program Your Role with the Company: The General Manager will oversee day to day operations of fast paced establishment managing 75+ employees and interact with guests to ensure 100% satisfaction Supervise, train, and coach staff; build team and motivate staff Manage all operations of the restaurant Provide outstanding guest service and resolve guest complaints and issues Uphold all standards and policies of the brand, including SOPs, health, and safety Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a $4M+ full-service restaurant with a bar Upscale restaurant experience is preferred, but not required Able to work under pressure with ease, especially during very busy meal periods Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills Loyal and passionate about service and food EOE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Seniority level
