We handle impartial investigations into concerns raised about violations of our Code of Conduct, Ethics, and company policies across all geographies. We also promote awareness of our ethics program internally and share best practices externally. This role reports to the Director, Ethics & Investigations. What You’ll Do Investigate concerns involving violations of the Code of Conduct & Ethics and company policies, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace bullying, and compliance issues. Manage multiple investigations independently and collaboratively, working with HR, management, and legal teams. Build trust and transparency with employees at all levels. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the ethics program. What You'll Bring 5+ years of investigation experience, preferably in corporate settings or as a lawyer. Experience with financial, expense, or compliance investigations is preferred. Knowledge of employment law and employee relations, especially across multiple jurisdictions. Certifications from relevant organizations are a plus. Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Ethical integrity, objectivity, and resilience in high-pressure situations. Leadership Responsibilities Conduct complex investigations from start to finish. Draft detailed reports and summaries. Provide recommendations for corrective actions and organizational improvements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Support continuous process improvements. Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. The expected salary range varies by location: Bay Area, CA: $153,500 - $208,000 Southern California: $150,000 - $203,000 Position is full-time, mid-senior level, with occasional travel required.
