We are seeking a skilled
Marketing Data Analyst
with proven experience working within marketing organizations. This role requires a strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Analyze and report on campaign, program, and team-level performance Track operational metrics including capacity, output, and delivery timelines Establish benchmarks and publish monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual impact reports Respond to leadership requests with clear, data-driven insights Evaluate creative experimentation and A/B test results across channels Tools:
Data visualization: Tableau, Looker, Excel Marketing platforms: Google Analytics, Ads Manager, email campaign tools A/B testing platforms and web tracking tools Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics (not general data analysis) Strong communication skills with the ability to present to leadership Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Experience with A/B testing, marketing platforms, and performance reporting tools Key Metrics:
Reach, engagement, open rates, CTR, CPA/CPC Web analytics: click tracking, bounce rate, time spent, video views Customer sentiment and creative performance by channel Campaign delivery timelines and phase-level tracking Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
