Position Overview As a Float Pool Medical Assistant, you will provide clinical expertise to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care. We are an amazing team seeking an enthusiastic individual who shares our passion for meaningful patient care. Key Responsibilities: Prepping patients for examination by collecting their medical history and vital signs. Preparing exam and treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and maintaining supplies for treatments. Administering injections and assisting with lab tests and phlebotomy. Supporting physicians with minor surgeries and physical exams. Managing incoming calls and screening for referrals. Qualifications: Must have graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program or have at least 12 months of direct clinical patient care experience. Must obtain Medical Assistant Certification within one year of hire if not already certified. Recent graduates should secure clinical MA certification within 60 days of employment.
