Location:
Annapolis MD. Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary Range:
$70,000 – $75,000 annually Start Date:

Program Director
to lead our Off-Site Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), a vital service supporting individuals on their journey to wellness and independence. This is your opportunity to make a measurable impact while advancing your career in a mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire:
Supervise and support PRP staff, including performance evaluations, coaching, and team development. Plan & Execute Group Activities:
Design and oversee engaging, therapeutic group activities that promote client growth and community integration. Strategic Oversight:
Apply critical thinking to assess trends, identify service gaps, and drive continuous program improvement. Budget Management:
Manage and monitor the program’s budget for activities and resources, ensuring cost-effective service delivery. Data-Driven Leadership:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Compliance & Quality:
Ensure adherence to Maryland COMAR 10.63, CARF standards, and internal policies. Collaborative Care:
Coordinate with clinical teams, families, and community partners to deliver holistic, person-centered services. Accreditation & Licensing:
Maintain readiness for audits and inspections; lead efforts to uphold program accreditation and licensure. What You Bring: Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Experience:
Minimum
2 years in a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) At least
1 year of supervisory experience , including performance assessments
Credentials:
CPRP ,
LCPC , or
LCSW-C Or ability to obtain within
60 days of hire
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation systems Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement
