Manager, Integrated Care Services

Role Overview Join our dynamic team as the Manager of Integrated Care Services! In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of our Complex Care Management and Behavioral Health teams, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations while meeting our business plan goals. Work Arrangements: Must reside in South Carolina. Ability to travel based on business needs. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, organization, and direction of Case Management operations, providing training and professional development to staff. Identify opportunities for both clinical and administrative improvements, supporting strategic planning initiatives. Coordinate and implement the development of policies and programs that align with departmental goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with NCQA standards and all applicable State and Federal regulations, driving achievement of health outcomes. Evaluate existing programs for effectiveness and explore new opportunities to enhance cost efficiency and compliance. Contribute to the corporate Population Health Strategy and collaborate across departments to meet objectives. Maintain a positive and respectful work environment that fosters teamwork and open communication. Perform additional related duties and projects as assigned. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. Master's Degree in Social Work preferred. 3+ years of clinical practice experience in medical and behavioral health. 1+ years of case management experience in a clinical managed care environment, preferably within a Medicaid unit. 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 1 year in a managed care organization. Experience managing a large remote team of licensed and unlicensed associates. Proven experience leading projects with internal and external stakeholders. Strong background in change management. Licensure: Valid Driver's License and car insurance required. Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in South Carolina preferred.
