Program Coordinator
At Right At School, we partner with local school districts to provide engaging before and after school programs focused on fun learning activities that support the growth and success of every child. Our mission is clear:

$19.00-$23.00 per hour, based on education and experience. Program Hours:
Monday-Friday, 5:15am-8:35am and 3:15pm-6:30pm (schedule may vary based on business needs). As a Program Coordinator, you will: Promote Safety & Joy:
Serve as a role model to ensure safety and joy in activities. Support your staff team in understanding their roles effectively and maintain high operational standards. Ensure Safety Assurance:
Monitor and report safety practices to safeguard participants. Engage Effectively:
Communicate proactively with families, partners, and peers to build trust and maintain transparency. Maintain Compliance:
Keep accurate attendance and safety records, adhering to all policies and guidelines. Plan Daily Activities:
Lead engaging activities to create a fun and stimulating environment for students. What We Look For: Experience in managing multiple priorities while delivering quality service. A high school diploma or GED. A passion for working with children and understanding their unique needs. Coursework or training in child development or related fields. Strong communication skills with both children and adults. Familiarity with Google technology or a willingness to learn. Ohio State Requirements Include: You must be at least 18 years of age. You need a cleared tuberculosis test. A high school diploma or GED, alongside relevant educational qualifications in Child Development, or specific courses related. Experience working in child-related fields or credentials such as Child Development Associate Credential or equivalent.
