Marketing Manager – Service & Repair Position Overview: Medix is seeking a service-focused Marketing Manager to lead the national marketing efforts for our client’s endoscopy Service & Repair division - a critical arm supporting hospitals, surgery centers, and clinical environments. Unlike traditional product marketing, this role centers on B2B service marketing, brand strategy, client education, and industry engagement. This position will partner closely with field service techs, contract specialists, sales reps, and cross-functional teams to ensure service offerings are clearly communicated, well-positioned, and aligned with customer needs. The Marketing Manager will also coordinate national event presence and develop impactful campaigns that directly support client acquisition and contract renewals. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns for service and repair (hospital/ASC market). Manage all service-related communications, including contract tiers (Silver/Gold/Platinum), value propositions, and collateral. Create and distribute brochures, sell sheets, digital content, and other marketing materials tailored to healthcare stakeholders. Lead the service presence at national conventions (e.g., HSPA, AUA), including booth coordination, materials, and speaking content. Analyze sales/service data using Excel, SAP, and Cobblestone CLM to inform marketing decisions and support sales strategy. Support sales reps with market research, contract packaging analysis, and renewal marketing strategies. Train service specialists on value-based messaging and positioning (not technical training). Collaborate across departments—field service, sales, legal/contracts, and executive leadership—to ensure messaging alignment. Attain or co-manage Sterile Processing certification within one year (CCSVP preferred; CRCST, CST acceptable). Preferred Background & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required
(mandatory for internal team structure). 4+ years’ experience in
healthcare, medical device, or clinical services marketing . Knowledge of sterile processing or SPD (Sterile Processing Department) is highly desirable. Direct experience with
endoscope service marketing
or clinical equipment maintenance is a plus. Skilled in regulatory-sensitive environments (e.g., HIPAA, Stark Law, FDA). Advanced Excel, strong writing, communication, and project management capabilities. Proficient or experienced with SAP and Cobblestone (or strong aptitude to learn quickly). Confident public speaker and trainer; capable of leading presentations with OR/SPD leadership and at national conferences. Mechanically inclined or understanding of technical service products is a bonus. Seniority level
