What You’ll Do Direct hospitality design projects across all phases – from pitch to punch list. Translate client goals into impactful, immersive environments. Guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers. Ensure storytelling integrity, documentation quality, and constructability. Contribute to business development, firm culture, and thought leadership. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. 10+ years of experience in hospitality interior design with project leadership. A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, range, and storytelling. Expertise in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Enscape. A collaborative spirit and ability to lead with clarity and care. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range : $77,000 – $133,000 (based on experience and location).
