You will collaborate with a dynamic, global team using leading technology to develop new business solutions and digital products: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Product Ownership: Own and drive the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities Develop user stories based on deep understanding of customer needs and oversee the process from ideation to value delivery Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements Coordinate with teams to design, develop, and deliver solutions that add value to customers and users Build strong relationships with global stakeholders across business, IT, security, and customer teams User-Centric Design: Promote user-centric design principles to ensure digital products meet or exceed customer expectations Data-Driven Decision Making and Success Management: Use analytics and KPIs to measure digital product success and ensure value creation Manage all aspects of value realization, from development to process changes, training, culture, and KPI adjustments
