We drive effective management of supplier risks within the MF division, in line with corporate policies and standards, by identifying, assessing, monitoring, managing, and reporting on supplier risks, proactively engaging the business areas, and acting as a trusted advisor on supplier risk matters. Your Impact:

Engage Multifamily (MF) Business Owners to provide guidance and facilitate execution of the MF-GBS supplier risk management program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the ability to: Conduct Supplier Inherent Risk Assessments

Experience in third-party supplier risk management and/or vendor management

Support development of supplier contingency/ business resiliency plans

Remediate supplier control gaps by collaborating with contract owners (Findings Management)

Support divisional management reporting.

Support management and business partners with supplier engagement-related requests.

Collaborate efficiently and effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

2 - 4 years of third-party risk or vendor management experience or equivalent

Effective communication, facilitation, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently with full accountability and ownership of tasks.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain internal relationships at all levels

Proficiency in advanced Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint desired

site. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $74,000 - $112,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
