Leasing Consultant

Peabody Companies . Peabody Properties seeks a dynamic experienced Leasing Consultant to join its management team at apartment communities in Boston's North End. This position requires excellent customer service, a focus on meeting leasing goals, and achieving results. The leasing professional will be able to present apartments and the community compellingly and create excitement. Other requirements involve developing a marketing plan, fostering community relationships, conducting property tours, processing rental applications, and managing property marketing goals. Responsibilities:
Building a network of residents through community outreach, attending networking events, conducting tours, and managing referral sources and social media channels. Staying current with competitors’ offerings and driving qualified prospects to the community by analyzing market data and visiting competitors’ properties. Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of proven leasing and/or marketing experience. LIHTC experience is a plus. Knowledge of Real Page OneSite, proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills. Strong sales, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills. Multilingual skills are helpful. Marketing experience in conventional and affordable housing is preferred. Time management and ability to prioritize are essential. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative. Availability to work weekends. Compensation and Benefits:
