With a loyal customer base, top-tier products, and an energized team, this is an opportunity to step into a pivotal Accounting Manager role and help build out the next phase of financial excellence. As the Accounting Manager, you’ll be hands-on with the month-end close, drive process improvements, and oversee daily accounting operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll have high visibility and the chance to help shape the future of the company’s financial infrastructure as they scale toward new product lines, retail expansion, and international growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, and GL Own and execute a timely month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance Prepare financial statements and assist with internal and external reporting Manage annual audits and partner with external auditors Drive improvements in accounting processes and systems (NetSuite experience a plus!) Lead, mentor, and grow a small but mighty accounting team Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support business decisions Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls as the company scales Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; CPG or e-commerce environment is a major plus Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite highly preferred) Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Natural collaborator and problem-solver with a hands-on, can-do approach Strong communication skills and leadership potential What’s In It For You: Medical, dental, and vision benefits Equity opportunities & long-term growth potential Be part of a mission-driven company that values creativity, transparency, and heart Ready to step into a role where you can make an immediate impact and grow with a company that’s doing big things?
