Develop and implement account plans aligning HMSA products with employer group objectives. Utilize various sales methods including site visits, correspondence, and presentations to promote products and services. Ensure market share protection through account renewal and retention. Meet sales goals, activity requirements, and performance metrics. Create action plans for at-risk accounts. Manage 100-150 accounts, providing tailored solutions. Serve as a liaison for HMSA products and services. Expand relationships by selling new products and resolving inquiries. Participate in account planning with employer groups. Educate employer groups on industry trends and HMSA impacts. Manage customer relationships to meet employer needs. Collaborate with USAble Life for ancillary product proposals. Contribute to marketing strategies. Evaluate customer requirements and develop proposals. Understand strategic objectives within employer groups and align HMSA offerings accordingly. Maintain industry knowledge and monitor market trends and competition. Participate in professional organizations related to employee health benefits. Maintain accurate account records and report activity regularly. Additional Details:
