Software Developer Opportunity (RoR role, Pioneer Square - Seattle, WA) Our edtech startup client is creating a dynamic software platform for a growing list of top-ranked major US universities to manage their faculty data. They're currently in need of a local Seattle-based Software Engineer to help build out their SaaS product. We're looking for Ruby on Rails Developers - experience with MySQL/Postgres and Heroku is a plus. Come join a small but growing team of established Developers and help shape their company culture and success. This is a FTE role. Candidates are expected to work onsite 4 days a week (office located in beautiful Pioneer Square). An ideal candidate will have: 5 years minimum experience in Software Development Backend focused Full-Stack expertise Experience coding with Ruby on Rails (strongly preferred), Heroku, and working with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc.) Background in fast-pace startup environments Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field For more info please feel free to reach out at info@west500partners.com.
