VP of Sales
to lead revenue growth across North America and beyond. The Role As
VP of Sales , you will own and execute our go-to-market strategy, manage a growing sales team, and personally lead high-value enterprise deals. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven SaaS sales executive who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and knows the language of institutional finance. Key Responsibilities Lead and expand a high-performing sales team across the U.S. Develop and drive go-to-market strategies for enterprise software solutions in the investment sector Build and maintain strong relationships with buy-side executives, portfolio managers, and CTOs Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to contract negotiation and closing Accurately forecast revenue and deliver on aggressive growth targets Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and client success to shape market-fit and messaging Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings Requirements 7–10+ years of
B2B SaaS sales
experience, with at least 3+ years in a
sales leadership
role Strong background selling to
financial institutions , preferably in asset management, trading, or hedge funds Proven success closing
complex enterprise deals
