Location:

Position is based out of our Dallas, TX office location. Position offers full remote and hybrid work options. Work hours will be based on Central Time Zone.

About the Opportunity

As part of the Finance team, you will, as the Director, Strategic Initiatives work closely with the VP, Strategic Initiatives to manage key strategic initiatives for Machinify.

What you'll do

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and manage the global engagement program focusing primarily on India and the Philippines.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that support global business objectives, enhance productivity and drive growth

Evaluate and identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency.

Lead regular strategy reviews to track progress, analyze gaps and adjust strategies as needed.

Formulate and oversee the implementation of change management processes to facilitate effective alignment between cross functional groups.

Program Leadership

Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic programs to ensure scope, timelines, investment and resources meeting baseline standards

Drive accountability across teams, providing clear communication on program milestones, expectations and performance

Team Development

Ability to influence high-performing teams

Build a culture of collaboration, inclusivity and innovation within the team

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies that can be leveraged within the team.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as a primary point of contact for executive leadership on major program updates

Ensure transparent and timely communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on key initiatives and performance metrics

Continuous Improvement and Data Analysis

Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements to current operations and strategic processes

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure ongoing effectiveness of programs50% travel both domestically and internationally to India and Philippines, with monthly travel domestically to company offices in Florida, Kentucky, and Dallas.

What experience you bring (Role Requirements) A minimum of 8 - 10 years' experience in project management and/or leading organizational change initiatives.

Knowledge of the following industries: Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management

Exposure and understanding of global workforce

Experience working within cross-functional teams and resolving complex barriers to project completion

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal constituents.

Discreet facilitator and problem solver with a high tolerance for ambiguity.

Autonomous self-starter with intellectual confidence and flexibility and ability to effectively manage multiple demands and priorities.

Demonstrate a high degree of initiative-taking, problem solving capability, creativity, and capacity for innovative thinking.

Proficiency in developing budgets, fiscal monitoring and financial projections using multiple fund sources.

Bachelor's degree

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Lean or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)or equivalent program management experience

Experience in payment integrity is a plus but not required

Pay range

: $153,600 - $170,000 with up to 20% annual performance bonus potential

This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
