$180- 200 K Job Description: Lead and continuously improve a global SAP IBP supply chain transformation for a multinational enterprise. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Oversee SAP IBP program delivery, including demand, supply, and inventory planning modules Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize solution design and rollout Provide strategic direction and technical oversight for integrated business planning Ensure effective communication across global teams (Europe, Asia, Americas) Transition responsibilities from current project lead, maintaining momentum and structure Push back with credibility on misaligned design choices or business assumptions Plan for and implement continuous improvements post go-live Prepare and manage executive-level reporting and stakeholder alignment Requirements: 8–12 years of experience in SAP IBP (Demand Planning, SNP, Inventory, S&OP) Proven track record leading global SAP supply chain implementations Hands-on project/program management in multinational settings Experience in processing industries (pharma, chemical, food, etc.) Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and push back professionally Strong communication and collaboration skills Demonstrated stability and end-to-end project accountability in previous roles
